Scheduled Onsite Maintenance
A qualified engineer will be at your premises at regular times to perform the Maintenance Program customised to your business. During these visits the engineer will also provide support to users and address any issues.

Monthly Free-Time
This time can be used for Onsite or Remote support to provide additional maintenance or tend to problems that occur between visits.

Discounted Business Rate
For additional work outside of Monthly Free-Time, a “Discounted Business Rate” is available this rate is only $95 per  hour (normally $110.00

Systems Documentation
A thorough technology audit documents all systems in place. Systems Documentation is essential both for IT planning, & in case something goes wrong.

Systems Analysis
A monthly report details server performance, internet usage & any current issues - to help make the best decisions for system improvements.
