Whether you require immediate response or preventative services, Synaxis engineers and facilities are at hand.

Help Desk
The Synaxis Help Desk allows you to begin trouble-shooting your problem instantly. We can assist you either over the telephone or via our online Instant Support service. This allows us to see your screen and move the mouse, just as if we were sitting in front of the computer! You can even leave the computer to do other things while we fix the problem.

The Help Desk is highly cost-effective and fast - in most cases, problems can be resolved within 15 minutes. Our Help Desk service operates daily from 8am to 6pm.

On-Site Service
Synaxis on-site service covers all your technology problems including networks, servers, and computers.

If a booking is made before 2.00pm, we can usually have an experienced engineer onsite the same day.

For more urgent problems, our Express Service guarantees clients a two-hour response.

 

Support Plans
To minimise unexpected problems, Synaxis has Support Plans which give you ongoing, comprehensive support.  See details here.

Depending on the number of computers and servers you have, we will recommend the appropriate Support Plan, charging you a fixed amount each month in exchange for our support services.  Importantly, this includes both day-to-day user support, and the Maintenance that systems require to prevent problems from occurring and keep systems running smoothly. 

Repair Centers
Our Repair Centers have sophisticated diagnostics and testing equipment required to diagnose and solve complex problems. We use advanced testing equipment that allows us to simulate months of computer usage in a fraction of the time.
