Onsite and Service Centre services are
charged in 1/4 hour increments.
Help-Desk services are charged in 5
minute increments (general enquiries to not
incur any charges).
Call-Out Fees
For Onsite service within metropolitan
area, a call-out fee is
charged to contribute to the time and
vehicle costs related travelling to and from
your premises. 1/2 hour travel time fee
applies. Outside Metropolitan area, actual
traveling time will be levied.
Synaxis Services
On-Site Service
Synaxis on-site service covers all your
technology problems including networks,
servers, routers, computers, including both
hardware and software. We operate 7 days,
8am - 10pm Monday to Friday, and 9am-6pm on
weekends and public holidays. If a booking
is made before 2pm, we can usually have an
engineer onsite the same day. An Express
Service guarantees to have an engineer
onsite within 2 hours (standard business
hours).
Help Desk
The Synaxis Help Desk allows you to
troubleshoot your problem instantly. We can
assist you either over the telephone, or via
our remote access technology. This allows us
to see your screen and move the mouse, just
as if we were sitting in front of the
computer! You can even leave the computer to
do other things while we fix the problem.
The Help Desk is cost-effective and fast -
in most cases, problems can be solved in 15
minutes. The Help Desk operates daily from
8am to 6pm.
Service Centre
Our Service Centre has sophisticated
diagnostics and testing equipment required
to diagnose and solve complex problems. We
use advanced testing equipment that allows
us to simulate months of computer usage in a
fraction of the time.
